Free Shipping: Orders $100.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $6.99 for orders $0.00 – $99.99
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after processing

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Zen Basket is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
